Prior to your first appointment I will send you a health questionnaire to complete.  This involves your address, telephone number, email, emergency contact and health details.  

I will also keep any other information you have provided including notes taken during treatments given by Sue Harrod Therapies.  

This data is all confidential and is held in a paper format in a secure place in my treatment room.  I will not pass on any information that I hold for you unless it is requested in writing by you.  


This can be made by Debit Card or Bank Transfer 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.  Changes to your appointment within a 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation charge.  

*Illness and unavoidable circumstances will be dealt with on a one to one basis.
